Beth Weinstock
Beth Weinstock PhD is a psychologist known
for her work in trauma recovery, resilience and building
self-esteem. She has worked in the field of eating disorders
for the past 20 years, starting as one of the original
consultants at the Renfrew Center in Philadelphia, and
is a nationally recognized trainer of health professionals
in the field of eating disorders.
Dr. Weinstock is co-founder of Selfmattters.org, dedicated
to strengthening self-esteem and is on the faculty of the
Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA where she leads weekend workshops.
In 2003 she founded Women’s LeadershipWorks, a non-profit
organization committed to teaching leadership skills to a
broad spectrum of girls and women.
