Christina Robertson, Ph.D.
Dr. Christina Robertson is an organizational
consultant, coach, and trainer. She is co-founder of Career
Resources Management LLC, a consulting firm which focuses
on "bringing out the best" in individuals and
organizations. She has extensive consulting and training
experience in a variety of areas including executive coaching,
leadership development, focus group facilitation, employee
surveys, and workshop development and facilitation.
Chris has worked with organizations in the for-profit and
not-for-profit sectors of all sizes ranging from small
businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Her clients represent
a wide range of industries including financial services,
insurance, and health care. She has worked with individuals
at all levels from hourly employees to senior executives.
Chris has a special interest in helping individuals and
organizations develop creativity.
Chris' career history includes counseling, college teaching,
directing training and staff development for a major medical
center, and Vice President for a leading outplacement firm.
Chris has over ten years of executive coaching, consulting
and training experience working for international consulting
firms and has presented workshops focusing on leadership
development and career management for numerous organizations.
Chris is an Explore Your Future Guide for Coming of Age.org.,
an online resource that promotes volunteering, learning,
and community leadership for adults age 50 plus. She is
the author of a book for individuals in transition published
by Simon & Schuster.
Chris holds a Ph.D. in Human Science, a M.S. in Organizational
Behavior and Counseling Psychology, and a B.S. in English
and Education. She is the first person to earn Saybrook
Graduate School’s Creativity Certificate and was
the recipient of the Rollo May Scholarship Award.
