Diane Allen
Diane Allen is a certified business and life coach. She
coaches individuals to discover how to make the best choices
in their professional and personal lives. Several
of her coaching specialty areas include: leaders
who are seeking to unlock their personal effectiveness,
entrepreneurs who are cultivating their creative ideas,
and women who are striving to identify and achieve their
personal goals and changing life roles.
Coaching is the art of helping individuals shift their mindset,
take action, solve problems and achieve fulfillment. Diane
acquired her coaching skills by embracing on-going personal
growth and learning. She attended Comprehensive Coaching
U for her coaching certification, attained her Master’s
degree in Organizational Development and Adult Learning with
St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA, and became
a Mediator for Ford Motor Company’s Dispute Resolution
Program. In her role as facilitator and teacher, Diane
developed and teaches the Coaching Certification Program
at Burlington County College in Mount Laurel, NJ, has taught
at Rosemont College and Holy Family University where she
also served on their business advisory boards.
Diane enjoys creative expression in the form of writing. She
is a co-author of the book, Living An Extraordinary Life: Breakthrough
Ideas From the Worlds Premier Business and Personal Coaches.
