Through an alliance with the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC), Transformations is now able to help you become a certified professional coach.
Life, small business, and corporate coaching has grown exponentially as a profession, with more and more people looking for a guide to partner with them to help develop real strategies to reach long-desired goals, and also to create and achieve new visions.
Through the iPEC training, you not only learn a professional skill set and attain your certification as Core Energy Coach™, but you’ll find a new way of life as well that enables you to tap into all of the experience, passion, and wisdom you have to share. Through iPEC’s program, you don't just learn how to coach, you become a coach.
As a coach trainee, you will first attend the Life Potentials Training. This first important module builds your coaching foundation on firm bedrock. You not only begin to learn powerful coaching skills, principles, and exercises; but you will also experience the power of all that you are learning by being a client in the process.
After the Life Potentials Training, you’ll progress into Module II: Core Transformations, and Module III: Breakthrough Coaching, and then move on to the unique and powerful Energy Leadership™: Coaching Mastery module. In addition to these live training weekends (each module is 3 days long, from Friday to Sunday), you’ll participate in weekly tele-classes, peer coaching, peer groups, mentor coaching, self study and other projects. You learn how to coach from every angle – as a coach, as a client, as a peer, as a group, and through multiple learning styles.
