Power of Mindfulness corporate programs provide a direct experience of mindfulness and its integration into personal and professional life through a range of experiential exercises in mindfulness practices. Through these exercises, participants will have the opportunity to explore their own experience and the potential opportunities for applying mindfulness at work and at home.

Transformations Power of Mindfulness Program is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program that was developed in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
