I have tried many fruit and vegetable juice recipes using my Breville BJE200XL 700-Watt Compact Juice Fountain and it’s difficult to choose one that I like most, mainly because it depends on what mood I am in and if I am making a juice drink for a specific purpose such as after a gym session or I am making one for taste alone.
However if I was to choose one purely on taste, my favorite at the moment would be anything containing blueberries.
Here is one I enjoy making.
This makes enough for one big drink. I am not a stickler for weighing ingredients – I just chuck in what I want…..
- 4 Strawberries
- 1 Banana
- Handful of Blueberries
- 1 Apple
- Orange juice
- Spinach – This is a wonder food and by chucking in a handful of spinach you are getting extra powerful nutrients. Be warned though – your juice will be green. If you don’t want a green juice, simply leave out the spinach.
